Rates

Rates are for 6 people - $10 ea for additional (max 8 people)

Jan 10 - March 31:$250 / night
April 1 - Dec 14:$215 / night
December - Jan 6:$289 / night

Rent direct - Save $

all rates are quoted in US funds
Hawaii Tax of 13.42% will be added

Cancellation Policy

A 60 day cancellation notice is required. A $50 cancellation fee
will be collected on all cancellations.

If cancelled within 60 days of arrival, no refunds unless unit is re-
rented.

Christmas/New Years - no cancellations or refunds after October 1.
